Relativistically broadened and redshifted 6.4 -- 6.9 keV iron K lines are observed from many accretion powered objects, including X-ray binaries active galactic nuclei (AGN). Existence of gas close to the central engine implies large radiation intensities correspondingly densities if is remain partially ionized. Simple estimates indicate that high needed allow survival against ionization. These enough rates for atomic processes affected by mechanisms related interactions with nearby ions electrons. Radiation stimulated can be important. Most models currently in use interpreting relativistic rate coefficients designed at low neglect processes. In our work so far we have presented structure calculations goal providing physically appropriate consistent line-emitting near compact objects. this paper apply these photoionization calculations, produce ionization balance curves emissivities opacities which intensities. The final step program will a subsequent paper: Model atmosphere incorporate into synthetic spectra.
